International Child Adoption Resource Effort (ICARE) The ICARE fund was created to increase awareness within the Christian community of the need for adoptive families, and to provide funding for adoptions. It is their vision for every child to find a family and for orphanages to become institutions of the past. ICARE raises funds to support the expenses of these adoptions and distributes funds to adoptive couples.      Return to Projects
