Mission
Rancho Los Amigos (RLA) is a sanctuary located in Juárez, Mexico, dedicated to rescuing and restoring the lives of abandoned, neglected, and abused children. Situated on a serene 12-acre campus, RLA provides a loving and secure environment for approximately 35 children, many of whom are referred by Child Protective Services.
Programs and Activities
-
Holistic Care: Children at RLA receive three nutritious meals daily and reside in a safe, nurturing environment that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
-
Education: RLA operates Colegio de Las Naciones, a bilingual, character-based elementary school that offers quality education to its residents. This foundation is crucial for breaking cycles of violence and poverty, empowering children to achieve future educational goals.
-
Extracurricular Activities: Beyond academics, RLA encourages participation in various activities that promote teamwork, discipline, and personal growth, contributing to the children’s overall well-being.
