A Safe Haven for Society’s Outcasts In Chennai, India, where women and children with AIDS are often shunned as outcasts, the PACT AIDS Home stands as a beacon of hope. The founders of PACT began their mission in a local AIDS hospital, where they witnessed the heartbreaking reality of children left orphaned and abandoned due to the stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS.
